Why do we do it?
WHY CANVAS? Because poly/cotton canvas is a tough, durable, waterproof, breathable, natural feel that will outlast any other fabric many times over.
WHY POLY/COTTON LINED? While canvas is a waterproof, breathable, tough, long lasting fabric that can withstand loads of abuse, it can also abuse your vehicles nice soft seats, so to protect your seats against any damages. MSA 4x4 uses a soft poly/cotton fabric layer as a barrier between the canvas and the soft seat fabric.
WHY POLYESTER/COTTON BLEND CANVAS? Ask any manufacturer of quality canvas products in Australia the same question, whether it be tents, swags or camper trailers, they will tell you the same thing. Although cotton feels natural and breathes in its 100% state, it has no strength, no fade resistance, no ruggedness, it will shrink, it needs the blend of polyester yarn to give it its strength, durability and toughness we require for everyday use. Without polyester it will have no reasonable service life. You might as well put a “T-Shirt” on your seats.
WHY DOUBLE LAYERED 12 OUNCE CANVAS FOR MSA? We want you to be comfortable so we use a double layered canvas on the outsides where the high wear occurs & a single layer in the centre. Although extremely tough our covers do not feel hard and crusty like yesterday’s canvas.
WHY DUPONT TEFLON REPEL? Because it is the best! We want the very most from our seat covers so we decided to impregnate our canvas with DuPont Teflon Repel during the fabric manufacturing process. This gives an extra protection barrier all round while still remaining just as breathable!
WHY ADR CRASH TEST CERTIFIED? Because and illegal, cheap and easy disclaimer isn’t going to help you after the airbags don’t deploy as the manufacturer intended them to! All our ADR Certified seat covers have completed and passed vigorous crash testing. No cheap piping! No elastics! Elastic is great for ease of manufacture but under constant tension it WILL give way. Click here to download ADR Airbag Certification Certificates.
EXTRA LAYERS on high wear areas!
MAP POCKETS as standard! All seats, armrests and drink holders WILL work as standard!
All this combines to provide you with the best quality seat covers your hard earned money can buy. Oh yes, did we mention our seat covers are not just tailored they are an identical copy of your seat and therefore without a doubt, the best fitting, non-creasing covers available anywhere! Ask anyone who has ever used them and they will testify.

These seat covers are very well made and the quality is easily seen.
The fitting of the front seats is a little difficult, but we eventually managed, but once on the fit was excellent.
The rear seats were alot easier to fit, and again the final look of them was great.
I can very highly recommend these seat covers!

good feel and alright fit. Had trouble with the base of the front seats as there seems to be no way of passing the velcro straps under the seat of my trendline amarok

The pockets on back of front seat covers could be made a little deeper - very tight to squeeze things into. On a positive note, they are a very nice fit and look great. I also agree with the best price on the net and fast postage!

This is the second set of MSA seat covers I have had - first ones were on my 07 hilux for 4+ years and still looked great when I sold it - they were easy to keep clean and didnt seem to wear much at all - other than get a bit shiny in high use spots. These ones look even better - new colour matches my new hilux interior nicely. They are a bit difficult to fit - mainly the front seat bases - but once on they fit reasonably tight and feel nice - very sturdy tough fabric that is still nice to sit in. Will see how these ones go as they wear in, but very happy with them so far!

I am pleased with how the covers feel, I was expecting them to fell rougher. Putting them on was a bit of a challenge, especially lining up where the seat belt connectors come through the holes. Overall I am happy with the look and feel , I hope they "settle in" to the seats over time as the material gives a bit. The quality of the construction seems great and I like the look compared to the toyota alternative

The material quality looks and feels great.
Fitting of some items, mostly the front seat bases, is very difficult if not impossible!
My Trendline has the drawers under the front seats and I can find no way to connect the two lateral velcro straps. There is just no room for hands under there. As a result they look very ordinary - like a loose fit cover - and are slowly but surely working their way across towards the drive train tunnel.
The backs of the front seats fitted up nicely and haven't moved at all so far.
The rear seat bases were relatively easy and look great apart from not being able to use the pink bungy cords to lock them down. Doesn't matter.
The rear seat back seemed simple and straight forward to fit until I had to line up the gaps in the cover with the locking pins on the seat back. Ended up having to deform the shape of the actual seat back to get these to line up.
The head rest covers looked totally crap and I have removed them. Admittedly a hard shape to work with and I don't think MSA will find it easy to get that bit right.
Over all the tolerances seem to be a bit too tight with regard to the headrest holes, etc., but are generally pretty good (except for the rear seat lock pin holes which are a good 20mm out of position).
Having said all that, I am still very happy with the overall quality of these covers.
Just a little bit of tweaking required as well as a better way of doing the front base lateral straps and this will be a brilliant product. Oh, and the head rest covers .......
